1. Who We Are

LekkerRaffle is a raffle management platform operated by DevKwagga. If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your personal information, please contact us at jixjansen@gmail.com.

2. What Information We Collect

Operators (raffle organisers):

• Full name, email address, and phone number
• South African ID number or business registration number
• Organisation name, type, and website (if provided)
• PayFast merchant credentials (stored encrypted and never visible to LekkerRaffle staff)
• Raffle content: titles, descriptions, prize details, and prize images
• Billing and invoice history
• Push notification tokens
• App usage data (link clicks, analytics)

Buyers (ticket purchasers):

• Name, email address, and phone number (entered when purchasing tickets)
• Ticket purchase history
• Store credit balance
• Push notification tokens

3. What We Do NOT Collect

Payment card details are never stored by LekkerRaffle. All payments are processed directly by PayFast. Money flows straight to the operator's PayFast merchant account — LekkerRaffle never holds or processes funds.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To operate the platform — process ticket purchases, conduct draws, and send winner notifications
• To communicate with you about your account, purchases, and invoices
• To send push notifications and transactional emails
• To generate billing invoices for operators (R1 per ticket sold)
• To investigate disputes or enforce our Terms and Conditions

5. Third Parties We Work With

• PayFast (payfast.co.za) — payment processing
• Expo (expo.dev) — push notification delivery
• Resend (resend.com) — transactional email delivery
• Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) — CDN, hosting, and media storage (prize images, draw screenshots, and videos stored in Cloudflare R2)
• Fly.io (fly.io) — API and database hosting

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Data Retention

• Operator accounts: retained while active and for 12 months after closure
• Buyer accounts: retained while active
• Draw media (screenshots and videos): retained indefinitely as verifiable records of draws

You may request deletion of your account and data by emailing jixjansen@gmail.com.

7. Security

• PayFast credentials are stored using AES-256 encryption
• All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS
• Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel

8. Your Rights Under POPIA

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Object to the processing of your information
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za

9. Cookies

The LekkerRaffle mobile apps do not use cookies. The web dashboard (operator portal) uses session cookies solely to maintain your login state.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of LekkerRaffle after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
