Request Account Deletion
You can request the deletion of your LekkerRaffle account and associated personal data at any time. Fill in the form below and we will process your request within 7 business days.
What will be deleted
- Your account login and profile details (name, email, phone number)
- Your ticket purchase history
- Your store credit balance
- Your push notification tokens
Please note: For operators, raffle records, draw results, and invoice history may be retained for up to 12 months for legal and financial compliance purposes. Outstanding invoices remain payable after account deletion.
